Where would my parent stay? Is it like a nursing home?

Your parent deserves to be as comfortable as possible, so you won’t find anything remotely nursing home-like in our communities. Our residents’ well-appointed, personal spaces come in several different layouts and finishes. Choose from studios, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments, finished with either carpet or solid surface and equipped with kitchenettes and granite countertops.

What is the food like?

Morningside is proud to offer an elevated dining experience to our residents and guests. Our culinary professionals use only the freshest and finest ingredients to craft menus that will impress even the most refined of palettes. If you crave simple, delicious, home-cooked dishes, we have those too. Our dining team takes the time to understand our residents individually and crafts items to their taste and nutritional needs.

Is it possible to visit?

Yes! We create environments that encourage guests to stay and visit. We have a private dining room where residents can entertain family and friends to celebrate milestones. Residents and their families can also enjoy the lush outdoor spaces with areas to dine and relax. Many enjoy taking walks through our gardens with beautiful arbors and fountains.

Are residents allowed to leave?

Absolutely. Our living communities are created with socialization between residents, neighbors, and community members in mind. Residents often have options to join in on fantastic activities and group trips to local attractions for a day of fun. We strive to make every trip an adventure. (Guidelines are different for memory care.)

Are pets allowed?

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community that values the companionship and positive presence of pets in our residents’ lives. We open our doors and hearts to new furry friends that join our community.
