Generations of Joy
What happens when you put passionate caregivers and a community of seniors together? You get Morningside House of Friendship. In our 25+ years we’ve danced, laughed, painted, walked with, and cared for generations of families. We can’t wait to get to know you, too.
Come experience the Morningside House of Friendship Family for yourself.

Share the fun when our three therapy dogs come to visit. Echo, Brinkley, and Marigold put a smile on everyone’s faces.
Keep family traditions alive. Bring the whole family for celebrations in our private dining room and activity space.
Experience authentic connections. Our team of long-tenured caregivers build genuine authentic relationships with our residents in assisted living and memory care.
Have a say. Encourage your loved one to make their voice heard in our monthly Calendar Committee (activities), Table Talk (menu), and Resident Council meetings.
Discover why families know and trust Morningside House of Friendship.

Gentle Care For Every Stage
In addition to assisted living, we also have two units for people suffering from memory-related illness.
Stepping Stones
Is designed to support the beginning- to mid-stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease with a safe, secure environment to support their unique and changing needs.
Memory Care
Focuses on late stage memory-related illness, including hospice. Our goal is to give every person the dignity and tender care they deserve, offering a continuity of care surrounded by people who know and love them.
We understand how difficult it is to live with memory-related illness–both for you and for your parent. That’s why our memory care program is personalized to support the mind, body, and soul of each resident.
