Build new, lasting relationships
Live life to the fullest
Stay connected to loved ones
Come for the amenities.
Stay for the relationships.
Take just a few steps into the Morningside House of Leesburg, and you’ll feel it: the warm, comforting feeling of home.
Where does it come from?
Maybe it’s the smiling faces of our staff. They’ve been here for years and built real relationships with our residents and their families. (Our cook has been here for 25 years!)
Maybe it’s our beautiful spaces. Our library, sunroom, walking path, courtyard fountain, and more are designed to invite, engage, and delight.
Maybe it’s the animals. Our community dog (Max), lovebirds (Ricky and Lucy), and other resident pets bring a smile to everyone’s faces.
Or maybe it’s our community of residents. With just 64 apartments, we get to know everyone, build lasting friendships, and have some good old-fashioned fun.
Whatever you’re looking for in a new home for your loved one, you’re sure to find it in Leesburg.
Close to fun. Close to you.
Located in the center of Leesburg’s historic downtown, your loved one is just a walk away.
With easy access to both eastern and western Loudoun County as well as Dulles airport, coming to visit is simple.
