To better serve local seniors and their families, our community offers two distinct care options, Assisted Living and Memory Care. In our Assisted Living community, our residents can be confident knowing their care and enjoyment is our priority. We provide convenient housekeeping services, laundry, and personal care for our residents. Along with our exceptional dining program and a host of activities and events.
Our Memory Care provides innovative, attentive care to our residents living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. All of our programming, communication, and environmental adaptations are rooted in the latest research to help our residents discover more possibilities for joy and connection.
We provide care in a secure, calming environment with specialized staff able to assist our residents 24-hours a day. Families can live with confidence knowing that their loved one is always receiving individualized attention in an atmosphere designed around their needs.

Our spacious community rooms are designed with our residents in mind. Our staff provides accessible transportation to residents so they can explore our area and stay active in the broader community. We often visit local points of interest and attractions, and make regular stops at Smallwood Shopping Center, Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, and P.D. Brown Public Library.

We happily accept pets into Morningside House of St. Charles. We understand the happiness and companionship pets bring into the lives our our residents. We also know how important the bond between an owner and pet can be in creating a meaningful quality of life for all.

Our social events welcome opportunities for residents to connect with neighbors and visiting family, enjoy live entertainment, and play games or cards with new friends. Morning workouts, engaging games, and worship services offer ways for our residents to exercise their interests physically, mentally, and spiritually. Our outings to local Waldorf-area attractions are always popular, and we love our sweet-tooth “happy hours” where our residents share laughs over ice cream sundaes and fresh-baked cookies.
