Here at Morningside Elite Management, we are proud to own and run 9 senior living communities in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. While each community is unique, each also bears the signature hallmarks of the Morningside difference–compassionate, long-serving staff; beautiful, home-like facilities; exciting social calendars; and the compassionate care that comes from leadership familiar with the push and pull of being in the “sandwich generation” that cares for both children and aging parents.

While almost all of our 9 properties offer memory care neighborhoods, just one of our communities is 100% devoted to serving people with memory-related illness: Cardinal Village in Fredericksburg, VA. We’re excited to announce that Cardinal Village will now be known as Morningside House of Spotsylvania.

New Name, Same Commitment

Why the name change? Here’s how our President and CEO, Kelly Mason, explained it:

“Updating Morningside House of Spotsylvania’s name is an outward reflection of the unwavering commitment we have to serve the residents and families of our memory care community. We understand the need for safety and compassionate care that people suffering from memory-related illness desperately need, and the Morningside name stands as a symbol of our devotion to helping our residents stay engaged, included, and loved.

We know that the Morningside name means something to our residents and their families. It’s a symbol of our dedication to holistic care that covers mind, body, and spirit. By renaming Cardinal Village to Morningside House of Spotsylvania, we’re putting that commitment right on our sign, and at the forefront of everyone’s mind and perception. Residents at Morningside House of Spotsylvania will feel safe, comfortable, and thrive!
