Meet our Executive Director
Elisha Fade is a dedicated and hardworking professional with a decade of experience in healthcare administration. Having obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from a prestigious institution abroad, he later pursued his passion for healthcare management and earned an MBA from Fairfax University of America, specializing in Healthcare Management.
Prior to his MBA, Elisha spent four years as a pharmaceutical medical representative, gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience. After completing his master’s program, Elisha embarked on an Administrator in Training program in Oklahoma, where he achieved an exceptional score on the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care (OSBELTCA) state exam. This achievement led him to become the administrator of record for a skilled nursing facility in the state, and has now brought his expertise to Morningside House of Spotsylvania.
Elisha Fade’s unwavering commitment to excellence in healthcare administration, his exceptional academic achievements, and his dedication to his family and hobbies make him a well-rounded and highly valued professional in the field.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Elisha cherishes his role as a father to his four-month-old son. In his leisure time, Elisha indulges in his passion for music by playing the drum set and finds joy in watching soccer.
